Set-up needs to be done by 5:30:
300 chairs, in rows, facing stage, with aisle down the middle
40 chairs and music stands on the stage
Choir risers and clam shells behind the chairs that are on the stage
piano rolled to the side of the risers
microphones on stand(s) anywhere on stage
