A basic conditioning and exercise class open to all. Emphasis on overall cardiovascular endurance, muscle
strength, flexibility and core strength and how functional exercises will help achieve that.
- Understand major muscle groups and what exercise/lift works them out
- Understand functional lifting
- Circuit training/rounds, AMRAP
- Making own workouts that have a balance of push/pull exercises and functional lifts
- Keeping a log to document workouts
- Have fun!
