Re-Enrollment Information

 

Priority re-enrollment dates are Monday, January 7 – Thursday, January 31, 2019. 

You will receive an email invitation and instructions to re-enroll via RenWeb.

Please note the following priority re-enrollment process:

•All families who currently have students in BCS preschool-11th grade must re-enroll to reserve a space for their child(ren) for the 2019-2020 school year.

• Tuition accounts must be current in order to re-enroll.

• The re-enrollment fee is discounted $100 for BCS families that re-enroll by January 31, 2019. Please see the BCS website for information regarding the 2018-2019 tuition prices and re-enrollment fees.

• K-12th grade Priority Re-Enrollment Fees – January 8-31

Fees will be available soon.

• K-12th grade Open Re-Enrollment Fees – February 1 and after

Fees will be available soon.

• Grade levels do reach capacity. If you do not re-enroll by January 31, 2019 your student could be placed on a wait list. New students will be enrolled beginning February 1, 2019.

Allow yourself 15-30 minutes to complete the re-enrollment process which includes the following forms:

Medical Form – Required

Emergency Release Form – Required

Concussion Information Form – Required for JH/SH

Driving Permission Form – Required for JH/SH

Transportation Contract Form – Required if your student will be riding the bus

BCS Authorized Driver/Carpool  Information Form – Required for Elementary if someone other than the parents will be picking up your student

If you do not receive the email invitation by January 7, 2019 please let Admissions know via email at admissions@bellevuechristian.org. Re-enrollment will be active starting on Monday, January 7, 2019.
