Tech Draw - Using Kinko's File Prep Tool

If you would like to print your project in a larger format you must use Kinko's File Prep Tool.

If a dialog box pops up during these steps requesting a proxy server click Cancel to continue.

1. From the File menu, select Print
2. In the Print window, select Kinko's File Prep Tool from the Name drop-down list. Leave Number of Copies set to one. The number of copies will be specified when the order is placed, not in the Print window.
3. Click OK. KFP creates a print-ready file optimized for production at Kinko's.
4. The main Kinko's File Prep Tool window automatically launches and displays a preview of this print-ready file. This preview allows you to check you document carefully.
   Click Prev Page and Next Page to scroll through your file. Click Zoom In and Zoom Out to get a better look. Note that the KFP title bar conveniently displays the page you're on in your document, your percentage of zoom, and your document's name
5. Hit the Save button and save this file to a disk.
