News All photographers & shutterbugs: We need your photos! Beginning in September and throughout the school year, we try to capture our preschool-high school students involved in BCS activities at all campuses. Jogathon, All School Carnival, Christmas events—Madrigal, concerts, class events. If you happen to take an irresistible photo, please send it to lcoyle@bellevuechristian.org Remember to ID each person in the photo & include a brief description of the activity. Keep digitals at largest setting. Auction 2008 is coming! We're gathering names of people interested in having lots of FUN planning & volunteering at our Annual Gala Dinner & Auction. Opportunities Every BCS Family is encouraged to volunteer 30 hours-- just 3 hours monthly--at any campus. If you are a BCS group needing volunteers for an upcoming event/activity or for a regularly scheduled event, contact Lynelle Coyle: lcoyle@bellevuechristian.org with a brief (1-3 sentence) description of what is needed and include a contact name and email.

class students & parents are needed to volunteer for the BCS Carnival. We

Points Elementary All School Carnival is
coming! YES...we will have the
traditional cake walk & need many decorated cakes & cupcakes. Along
w/ the traditional cake walk, we are having an all new cup cake walk for the
younger children in the Commons. Bring your masterpiece creations to school October
26--volunteers will be in the Three Points chute receiving cakes.
Cakes may also be dropped off at Clyde Hill campus. We need you to:
*help with the cake walk, cupcake walk, & bouncy toy (ideal for parents
w/ younger kids) Shifts are 30 min.; 5:30--8PM.

Vikings! HS Boys XC team: Emerald City League Champions for 2nd year in a
row! HS Girls XC team placed 3rd. JH Girls XC team
also placed 3rd! JH Boys XC team was 1 runner short of being a
complete team. HS teams will compete next Fri., Oct. 26, Kelsey Creek at
District XC Meet. JH season is finished. Results are attached and
follow the link to photos of the meet. http://www.bellevue1.net/BCSXC/ Opportunities to Support BCS Financially Tuition supports 90% of
the BCS Budget each year. We ask each family to prayerfully consider
supporting BCS financially, above and beyond tuition. The most
important and cost effective gift is one to the Annual Fund. After
that, there are many fun ways to support BCS programs and students!
