Thanks for your interest in Bellevue Christian High School.

We are excited about what is happening at BCS, in our classrooms and in the lives of our students. Take a look around the website and get to know us. Our faculty and staff are here because they are called to Christian education and desire to be in relationship with high school students. We take our mission very seriously.

BCS High School is purposely small and personal – 360 students, approximately 90 per grade level (9-12). There are 32 faculty and an amazing depth and breadth of program. We offer a high school diploma and are approved by the State of Washington and accredited by the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. Our students excel and are admitted to colleges and universities throughout the United States.

Our four-year approach to planning in High School promotes:

• Becoming a more well-rounded Christian while exploring and challenging yourself in new areas of study
• Developing your individual gifts and strengths in the context of an active learning community
• Balancing coursework and co-curricular activities to meet your goals and interests
• Preparing for your post high school interests and direction whether college, work, service, or missions
• Preparing for required tests for college admissions (e.g. PSAT, SAT, ACT)

We believe it is important for senior high students to want to be a part of our BCS community, so we request that prospective students complete the New Student Questionnaire and sign the Statement of Personal Commitment.

Come and take a look! In the Fall we begin having visitation days for students whereby students may attend classes with an assigned student. Parents and students are invited to attend a Prospective Family Meeting, held in the fall and winter, where they can learn more about the school. We will answer any questions you might have about our school as well as give you a tour. Please call Lynelle Coyle, 454-4402, ext. 209 to reserve a place at any of these functions.
