Preschool Faculty & Staff

A lead teacher and a teaching assistant staff each classroom. Many of our teachers have been at BCS Preschool for five or more years. Our staff is involved with ongoing training and meets monthly to discuss the developing needs of our students and plan a program that is both stimulating and responsive to those needs.

We are fortunate to have ongoing staff training and educational opportunities. Our teachers have studied child development, brain development research, the spiritual development of young children, and curriculum planning. We also attend many conferences including those sponsored by the Washington Association for Educators of Young Children (W.A.E.Y.C.).
